Silicon Carbon 420 Electrode Sheet (SC0101) is based on Copper foil coated by Silicon Carbon 420 Electrode Sheet (SC0101) on a single side and can be used as lithium ion battery.

    Initial Charge and Discharge Test Conditions:

    • Temperature: 25°C
    • Charge: First, charge at a constant current of 0.1C to 2.0V,
    • Discharge: Discharge at a constant current of 0.1C/0.09C/0.08C/0.07C/0.06C/0.05C/0.04C/0.03C/0.02C/0.01C stages down to 0.005V.

    Rate Performance Test Conditions:

    • Temperature: 25°C

    • Charge: First, charge at a constant current at 0.1C/0.2C/0.5C/1C/2C/3C rates up to 2.0V.
    • Discharge: Discharge at constant current rates of 1C/0.9C/0.8C/0.7C/0.6C/0.5C/0.4C/0.3C/0.2C/0.1C stages down to 0.005V.

    Cycle Test Conditions:

    • Temperature: 25°C
    • Charge: First, charge at a constant current of 0.5C to 2.0V.
    • Discharge: Discharge at a constant current of 1C/0.9C/0.8C/0.7C/0.6C/0.5C/0.4C/0.3C/0.2C/0.1C stages down to 0.005V.

    Instructions For Use

    1. The electrode calendering, needs to be calendered according to the recommended compaction density.
    2. The surface density needs to be determined based on the actual weighing results.
    3. Before placing it in the glove box, the electrodes needs to be vacuum dried at 105 ℃ for 4 hours

    Note: Since the electrodes are single-side-coated, calendering may cause curling issues.
