Sodium Nickel Iron Manganese Oxide Cathode Sheet (NT0101) Single-sided, 5 pieces/pack

Product Name & Description

Sodium Nickel Iron Manganese Oxide Cathode Sheet (NT0101) is based on Aluminum foil coated by Sodium Nickel Iron Manganese Oxide (NT0101) on a single side and can be used as the cathode for sodium ion battery.

Initial Charge and Discharge Test Conditions:

  • Temperature: 25°C
  • Charge: First, charge at a constant current of 0.1C to 4.0V, then charge at a constant voltage until the current drops below 0.02C.
  • Discharge: Discharge at a constant current of 0.1C to 2.0V.

Rate Performance Test Conditions:

  • Temperature: 25°C

  • Charge: First, charge at a constant current of 0.5C to 4.0V, then charge at a constant voltage until the current drops below 0.02C.
  • Discharge: Discharge at constant current rates of 0.1C, 0.2C, 0.5C, 1C, 2C, and 3C to 2.0V.

Cycle Test Conditions:

  • Temperature: 25°C
  • Charge: First, charge at a constant current of 0.5C to 4.0V, then charge at a constant voltage until the current drops below 0.02C.
  • Discharge: Discharge at a constant current of 1C to 2.0V.

The performance data corresponds to the use of electrolyte: Sodium electrolyte MA-EN-EL-0P0616 (1.0M NaClO4 in EC:DEC=1:1 Vol% with 5.0%FEC).

Instructions For Use

1. The electrode calendering, needs to be calendered according to the recommended compaction density.
2. The surface density needs to be determined based on the actual weighing results.
3. Before placing it in the glove box, the electrodes needs to be vacuum dried at 105 ℃ for 4 hours

Note: Since the electrodes are single-side-coated, calendering may cause curling issues.
